Gölhisar Vocational School Finance, Banking and Insurance Department, within the framework of its social contribution mission, organized the “Effective Leadership” event in cooperation with Gölhisar District Directorate of National Education. The event was completed with the impressive presentation of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Kürşat ACAR. The event, held at Aliya İzzetbegoviç Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Conference Hall, was attended by Gölhisar Vocational School Director Murat ERTİLAV, Gölhisar District Director of National Education Mr. Bilal KAVÇAKAR, and numerous school principals and vice principals.
At the event, it was emphasized that effective leadership plays a critical role in achieving the goals of institutions and in individuals utilizing their potential in the best way. Additionally, it was stated that such training helps leaders develop a stronger vision and guide their teams more effectively. Participants followed the innovative approaches on developing leadership skills with great interest.
