Gölhisar Vocational School organized the seminar titled “The Stage is Yours” as part of the 2023-2024 Quality Meetings.
Our School Director, Lecturer Murat ERTİLAV, delivered the opening speech. In his speech, he said, “With the seminar titled “The Stage is Yours” organized as part of the 2023-2024 Quality Meetings, we hope that our students will take the front rows on the communication stage in their social and professional lives. We thank Sehzan Secen, who did not refuse us despite her busy schedule, and Ali Cakira, who accompanied her with zeybek,” he said.
The host school representative Beyza Demirbilek read Sehzan Seçen’s biography.
Born in Aydın in 1973, Seçen completed her master’s degree at Anadolu University Faculty of Communication in addition to her engineering and theater education. She worked as a senior manager and in-house trainer in sales and marketing organizations in the private sector for 9 years. In 2010, she founded 99 Eğitim & Danışmanlık company and provided consultancy, training, and mentoring services to corporate firm professionals, senior managers, and sports people on leadership, communication, and strategy formation techniques specially designed according to the needs of institutions and individuals.
Now continuing her professional life as the CEO of Insitü Green Technologies Company, SEÇEN is a member of the BALKAN TÜRKSIAD High Advisory Board, the Founding President of the BALKAN TÜRK ACADEMY, married and a mother of 2 children.
At the beginning of the seminar titled THE STAGE IS YOURS, the seminar started with the Zeybek performance of Şehzan Seçen and Ali ÇAKIR.
Şehzan Seçen addressed the following topics in the seminar.
1. What do those who make a difference do differently?
2. Searching for happiness or being happy?
3. Are you talented?
4. Why do we need a leader?
5. The values that make you who you are
6. What is communication and why is it important?
7. The disease of the century: loneliness
8. What does it mean to succeed? Do you know your potential?
9. Change is easy to pronounce but hard to implement, how do we overcome difficulties?
10. The future will be very beautiful with you
At the end of the seminar, Ali Çakır performed the Yörük Ali dance.
School Director Lecturer Murat Ertilav presented a Plaque and Certificate of Appreciation to Şehzan Seçen and Ali Çakır.
