Students who want to do an internship in the 2024-2025 Spring semester;
In the 2024-2025 Spring Semester, students who want to do an internship must have their Internship Application Forms approved by the workplaces (workplace stamp-signed application form) and submit them to our school's Department Secretariat Unit (room 315) by the end of working hours (17:00) on Friday, January 31, 2025.
Students who are out of town and cannot apply in person can fill out the application form completely, have it approved by the workplace, and send the original document by cargo to the GMYO Student Affairs Unit. The student is responsible for the undelivered mail. Internships CANNOT be done outside the dates deemed appropriate by the School Administration. The internship file submission date must be sent within 7 days after the end of the internship.
Students who will do an internship can apply to their advisor professors and the Student Affairs Unit for detailed information on internship topics.

- Students who will do an internship must have taken all four-semester courses at least once and fulfilled the attendance requirement (not failed the course with the DZ (Attendance Requirement) grade). You may have failed courses from previous semesters, but students who failed the course with a DZ grade cannot apply.
- Students who entered in the 2021-2022 academic year and later can apply if they have not done their internship by selecting the Internship Application (course code 21500) course during the spring course registration period.

About Internship Notebook and Submission
- The internship file has been uploaded to the system as a pdf in the attachment. The internship file must be prepared in a cover/spiral notebook format by taking a color/black-and-white printout in A4 size as shown in the image below (1st page front cover, 37th page back cover), filled with a blue ballpoint pen, and sent to our School's Student Affairs Unit by cargo/in person according to the dates specified above at the end of the internship period. You can track your cargo with the cargo tracking number and call our School for information after seeing the "delivered" statement.
- Students who will do an internship can apply to their advisors for detailed information on internship topics. The internship file submission date must be sent within 7 days after the end of the internship.
- The internship file submission date is between March 24 - April 04, 2025
- The internship files must be submitted to the Department Secretariat Unit in person or by mail by the end of working hours on Friday, April 04, 2025, at the latest. The student is responsible for the undelivered mail. Students who do not submit the internship file on time will be considered unsuccessful in their internship.
