PROGRAMIN AMACI
The aim of the program is to train well-equipped personnel who will work with scientific and correct methods in the field of preserving our movable and immovable cultural assets and transferring them to future generations.
It started education in the 2015-2016 academic year as the "Architectural Restoration" program within the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. It has a quota of 50 students.
Our education period within the associate degree is 2 (two) years and consists of 4 (four) semesters. Most of the education and training, which is given as 14 weeks per semester and a total of 56 weeks, is carried out both as field applications and through relevant programs.
Each of our students must complete a Mandatory Internship Work consisting of 30 working days.
In order to obtain an associate degree from our department, students must successfully complete all compulsory and elective courses they take, complete at least 120 ECTS, and have a weighted grade point average of at least 2.0.
Graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded an associate degree diploma in the field of Architectural Restoration. Graduates earn the title of "Restoration technician".

- In museums and palaces affiliated with the National Palaces Department, in National Parks,
- In Restoration and Conservation Laboratories, Museums,
- In municipalities, etc. in public institutions and organizations,
- In archaeological excavations,
- They have the opportunity to work in restoration projects.
