They must log in to the student information system (ÖBİS) with their student number and student information system passwords, check and approve the information that appears, and follow the steps below to complete their transactions.
-Processing the course name and the information of the instructor giving the course and clicking the “Add Course Information” button,
-Briefly stating the reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,
-If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, uploading the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,
-Filling in the fields marked with (*) in the system completely and clicking the “Submit Application to Unit” button,
The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the application subject belongs to the student.
