2022-2023 Spring Semester Internship Procedures Hk.

In the Spring Semester of 2022-2023, students who want to do an internship must have their Internship Application Forms approved by their workplaces and submit them to our school's Student Affairs Unit Gülsen YILDIRIM (Room No. 320) by 12:00 noon on Friday, MARCH 03, 2023.

Our students who are out of town and cannot apply in person can fill out the application form, have it approved by the workplace, scan it as a PDF and send it to golhisarmyo@mehmetakif.edu.tr email address, and send the original document by cargo to the GMYO Student Affairs Unit and follow the process remotely by phone. (Important information: Applications that are received by email but the original document is not sent or not received by cargo will be canceled.)

Our students who will do an internship can apply to their advisor professors and Student Affairs Unit Gülsen YILDIRIM for detailed information on internship topics.

Internship Application Conditions:

  • To have completed the 2nd year (4th Semester) (You may have failed a course from a previous semester)
  • To have attended all courses (You should not have any courses left due to absenteeism)

About Internship Notebook and Submission

  • The internship file has been uploaded to the system as a pdf attachment. The internship file should be prepared in A4 size color/black and white printout as shown in the visual below, in a notebook format with a cover/spiral (1st page front cover, 37th page back cover), filled with a blue ballpoint pen, and at the end of the internship period, it should be sent by cargo/in person to the Student Affairs Unit of our Vocational School according to the dates specified above. You can track your cargo from the cargo tracking number and call our Vocational School after seeing the "delivered" statement to get information.
